Thriving in the chaos

Emma Hinchy FCCA describes herself as a ‘fixer, a problem solver’. She knows the unique value of a CEO who is comfortable in chaos – and saw an opportunity to bring like-minded leaders together. 

So in 2019, Hinchy assembled a team of experienced CEOs to form the The CEO Centre. They help organisations in times of uncertainty – such as changes in leadership, or problems in the market – by parachuting in CEOs with the talent to turn things around. 

It’s a unique skill – and Hinchy has certainly found her niche. In her words, she’s a ‘change CEO’, and she’s thriving in the chaos.
