A young leader

When Phindile Ndlandla ACCA joined Letshego Eswatini as CFO in 2017, the micro-lender only had one financial production. Now, it has four. 

That’s largely thanks to Phindile. What’s more, she helped bring in a 27% increase in net interest income in just one year.

She’s an inspiring young person working in the banking space – and as ACCA’s 2022 Young CFO of the Year in Africa, there’s no doubt that there’s more to come.
