Incredible things happen when you lead with good intentions. 

Jo-Ann Pöhl FCCA is a CFO who’s used her success to chair the board of the Charities Aid Foundation Southern Africa, which focuses on boosting the non-profit sector. 

What’s more, she believes that better representation means better business. So as a committee member of 30% Club Southern Africa, she’s fighting for women’s places in senior management positions. 

Pöhl herself is an incredible example. And she’s only just getting started.
