Roianne Nedd FCCA has spent the best part of twenty years committed to expanding diversity and inclusion in businesses across the UK. 

As global director of inclusion, diversity and belonging at Oliver Wynman – and many of her previous roles, too – she influences the top echelons of the business to make inclusion a priority. 

What’s more, she’s written two books on the topic, and recently developed a model that uses data to help organisations make an accurate assessment of their diversity and inclusion policies.
