Throughout her career, Komal has focused on making a difference. With her as CFO, Nestlé Pakistan supports 60,000 farmers – sourcing fresh ingredients from across the country, while aligning with sustainability goals. 

What’s more, they employ thousands more in factories, and work with government programmes to financially empower women in rural communities to become entrepreneurs.
