Covid-19 was a challenging time for everyone – but it was also a chance to consider new directions. 

In the quiet solitude of lockdown, Andrew McQueen FCCA did just that. He built something that was ready to launch as soon as restrictions lifted – and hospitality inevitably bounced back. 

And he pulled it off, becoming managing director of Ireland and the UK’s first Smoothie Factory franchise store. Now, he’s got his sights set on a new venture – and there’s no doubt he’ll choose his moment wisely.
