Nurturing new talent

Inspired by her own experience as a young person in London, Winifred Sarbah FCCA is passionate about promoting the advantages of a career in accountancy, particularly amongst disadvantaged young people.

This led her to winning the Public Sector Advocacy Award last year. 

Working with groups of young people from South London, as well as those with special needs, she’s advocating for accounting as an accessible career path – and empowering young people to aim high.
